Event Refunds and Cancellations
There are no refunds for events unless White Tiger Qigong must cancel the event, or change the venue to a different city. Registrants can request to transfer credit of any event they have paid for, but not yet attended towards any digital goods or future events sold by White Tiger Qigong if submitted by email at least 60 days before the start of the event. Requests for refunds under extreme circumstances can be submitted to request for possible approval. In those cases, it may be possible to roll over the funds into future training. All course transfers and cancellations will incur a $50 cancellation and admin fee for mini-courses and $100 for Teacher Training Courses.
In extreme cases such as the recent travel restrictions due to COVID-19, we will offer to roll your credit into future training.
Subscription and payment plan cancellations
If you cancel a payment plan, you will permanently lose access to the existing product and the money paid.
Online Courses and eBook Refunds
There are no refunds for online courses and or eBooks as they are digital goods. If you made a mistake in your purchase you must submit an email within 30 minutes of the purchase for a refund.
